The mazot is rented fully furnished, we provide absolutely everything including sheets and towels. Internet access is also included as well as many household appliances.
Yes, a deposit is required when entering in the Mazot, whether it is a weekly rental or a yearly rental. Part or all of the deposit may be retained in the event of more or less significant damage(s) are done to the mazot.
You can rent the Mazot for one or more weeks, provided that the week(s) in question are available(s) or if the Mazot is not already rented for the year. To find out, contact us or visit the Homelidays Page with the details of reservations (see "Rental" page).
No, it is necessary to agree on an appointment at a specific time well defined in advance. Our professional activities and our family life do not allow us to wait for you on the site all the day. Contact is then essential, and the respect for schedules : strict, to avoid any misunderstanding.

The notice delay is one month calendar. If you send to us your letter of notice on January 20, and we receive it on January 22, the exact departure date at the latest is February 20.
